You can use this channel to raise complaints about:

• Content that violates our Community Guidelines (harassment, hate speech, defamation, threats, etc.)
• Privacy concerns or requests related to your personal data
• Intellectual property concerns (see also our dedicated IP & Takedown Policy)
• Any other grievance related to the use of the Service

What to Include in Your Complaint

To help us resolve your grievance quickly, please include:

1. Your name and a way to contact you.
2. A description of the issue.
3. The specific URL, username, or content involved, if applicable.
4. Any supporting information (screenshots, links, etc.).

Our Response Timeline

• We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours.
• We aim to resolve grievances within 15 days of acknowledgment, consistent with applicable Indian regulations.
• For urgent matters involving safety or legal compliance, we may act sooner.

If You're Not Satisfied

If you believe your grievance was not adequately addressed, you may escalate your concern as permitted under applicable law. This includes the right to appeal to a Grievance Appellate Committee constituted by the Government of India under the Information Technology Rules, 2021, for grievances relating to content moderation decisions, and to the Data Protection Board of India for privacy-related matters, or through other legal remedies available to you.
