IP & Takedown Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

FansRevD respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This page explains how rights holders can report concerns about content on the Service, covering both copyright (e.g., text, images posted by users) and trademark (e.g., misuse of team names, logos, or branding) concerns.

1. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on FansRevD infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to us at support@fansrevd.live. To help us process your request efficiently, please include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The specific URL or location on FansRevD where the allegedly infringing content appears.
  3. Your full name, contact information (email and, if possible, mailing address), and a statement of your relationship to the copyrighted work (owner, authorized agent, etc.).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A signed declaration that the information in your notice is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified content. Separately, where we receive a takedown order from a court of competent jurisdiction or an authorized government agency under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we will act on such orders within the timeline prescribed by law (currently 36 hours from actual knowledge of such an order). For complaints submitted directly by rights holders rather than through a court or government order, we aim to act promptly but the strict 36-hour legal clock applies specifically to court/government directions, not private notices — private complaints are handled under our general grievance redressal timelines (see Section 3 below).

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@fansrevd.live including your contact details, identification of the removed content, and a signed declaration that you believe, in good faith, that the content was wrongly removed. We will review counter-notices in good faith and may reinstate content where appropriate.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Trademark Complaints

If you are a rights holder (e.g., a sports federation, league, team, or brand) and believe that content on FansRevD misuses your trademark in a way that suggests false affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement — beyond the factual, descriptive use of team and competition names described in our Disclaimers page — please contact us at support@fansrevd.live with:

  1. Identification of the trademark and registration details, if applicable.
  2. The specific URL or location where the content appears.
  3. A description of how the use creates confusion as to affiliation or endorsement.
  4. Your contact information and relationship to the trademark owner.

We will review all trademark complaints promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing specific content, requesting modification, or adjusting how the relevant mark is displayed (e.g., removing a logo if one was inadvertently used).

Please note: FansRevD's standard practice is to use team and tournament names descriptively (text only) alongside country flags, without official logos or crests. If you believe this descriptive use is still problematic, we welcome a direct conversation before formal escalation.

3. Response Times

We aim to acknowledge all IP-related complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, consistent with applicable Indian regulations on intermediary grievance redressal.

4. Contact

All copyright and trademark notices should be sent to support@fansrevd.live.
